Arguably one of John Lautner’s best home designs is the Wolfe House, located in Los Angeles and designed in 1961. Lautner once said of the Wolfe House that this home was his homage to his mentor Frank Lloyd Wright with whom he studied under from 1933 to 1939. The Wolfe House is a stunning and beautifully preserved home which has been declared a California State Monument. Deservedly.
